Thursday:
6am: Beginner’s Yoga
8-9am: Slow Yoga with Jenna
Third Thursday at 6:30-8pm, Restorative Yoga with Reiki with Amy and Emily

Friday:
8-9am: Vinyasa Yoga with Jenna
5:30-6:30pm: Yoga Vibes (Starting January 18, 2019) with Cher

Saturday:
8-9am: Hatha Yoga with Jenna
2:30-3:30pm: Beginner’s Yoga with Emily, starting March 9, 2019
Women’s Self Defense: Third Saturday of the month at 1-2pm with Nancy
Community Meditation: Second Saturday of the month at 5:30pm with Sonja
