Come out and take a class!

Jenna is teaching Hatha style classes Monday and Wednesday: 8-9am and 11am to 12pm Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30am to 7:30am and 8 to 9am Friday: 8am to 9am Saturday: 7 to 8am and 8:30am to 9:30am

Starting August 10th come see Kenzie from Breath the art of yoga. She will give Vinyasa classes on Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30pm

Starting August 15th come see Katie on Tuesdays for a vinyasa from 4 to 5pm and restorative classes from 5:30 to 6:30

Temple Yoga is opening August 1st, 2017. Come out for our open house from 9am to 1pm. Temple Yoga Fitness is a yoga studio, it was established by an individual who has been in the fitness field since 2014, is a former US army sergeant, holds a bachelor’s in Kinesiology and now is eager about sharing her passion for yoga. Come out to see if yoga is a tool that you’d like to utilize in your life!
