Hey friends, it’s Jenna.
Workouts, yoga and meditation all play a huge part in maintaining and improving health. I believe they can and should go together harmoniously to see the greatest leaps in our health. That doesn’t come naturally for everyone. It’s easy to get sucked into a fitness regimen and forget to recover from the workouts. Or it’s not uncommon for some in the yoga community to get so focused on the meditation and yoga that they don’t get to see the amazing fun and results they can get from following a structured fitness program.
After years of having to take a step back due to over training or missing out of the benefits of yoga and meditation due to not having enough balance or having enough time, I finally said enough. I’ve over done it by wreaking havoc on my hormones. I’ve hurt my knee, I’ve accelerated issues in my back. I don’t want that to happen to you. The hard-core workouts are great, when the body is conditioned, and recovery is occurring regularly. I’ve spent time and money honing in on the right balance between exercise and recovery. I found a way to bring it all together, and I want to share it with you.

It is not enough to just get the workouts in, the recovery must happen for you to see your results.
A lot of programs skip the vital component of realizing your results, that’s the recovery. This program combines the fitness, with the recovery (yoga and meditation). I want to see you get the results.
