Women’s self defense
Learn from Nancy Long, a 4th degree Kukkiwon (world) black belt in Tae Kwon Do, for a monthly offering of women’s self-defense. Nancy has been an elementary school teacher for the last 23 years, with a masters plus 40 in education. Her abilities to teach have been homed in over the years and now she’s coming to the community to bring you the education you need for self-defense. In addition to her experience in Tae Kwon Do, and teaching she is also a certified as an ACE personal trainer and brings fitness knowledge to the community. One of her favorite classes to instruct is kick-boxing.
